Uploaded materials: Images and text content (used as input materials for the generated website)

(2) Payment Information

When you pay via WeChat Pay or Stripe, we never store your bank card numbers, passwords, or payment credentials — these are handled directly by the payment provider. We retain only non-sensitive information such as order ID, payment status, and amount for accounting purposes.

(3) Automatically Collected Technical Information

Access logs: IP address, browser type, access time, referring page
This information is used solely for security, troubleshooting, and service optimization

02How We Use Your Information

To generate your custom website and provide download and deployment services
To respond to your customer support requests
To send transactional emails (order confirmations, retrieval codes, refund notices)
To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
To analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve our product (aggregated data only — no personal identification)

We do not send marketing or promotional emails unless you have actively subscribed.

03Information Sharing

To deliver the Service, we share necessary information with the following third parties:

Anthropic Inc. (Claude API): The questionnaire answers and uploaded materials you provide are sent to Anthropic's AI model to generate the website. Anthropic is the AI service provider; their Privacy Policy applies.
Stripe Inc. (international payments): If you pay by credit card, payment information is processed directly by Stripe — we do not handle your card details.
Tencent (WeChat Pay): If you pay via WeChat Pay, payment information is processed directly by WeChat Pay.
Alibaba Cloud: This site is hosted on Alibaba Cloud Hong Kong ECS, and your data is stored in Alibaba Cloud data centers.

Apart from the above, we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

04Information Storage & Security

Your information is stored in Alibaba Cloud Hong Kong data centers, with all transmission encrypted via HTTPS.
We apply industry-standard security measures, but no internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure — please understand this inherent technical limitation.
Order information is retained for 3 years after order completion (for tax accounting), after which it can be deleted upon request.
Materials you upload and the website source code generated for you will be removed from our servers within 30 days of your deletion request.

05Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access: Request a copy of all information held under your account
Correction: Request correction of any inaccurate information
Deletion: Request deletion of all your data (after orders have been completed and payments processed)
Withdrawal of consent: You may withdraw consent at any time, though this may affect your continued use of the Service

06Cookies & Local Storage

The Service uses your browser's localStorage to save preferences such as language settings and questionnaire drafts. This data is stored only in your browser and is never uploaded to our servers. You may clear it at any time through your browser settings.

We do not currently use third-party cookies, advertising tracking, or behavioral profiling.

07Minors

The Service is not intended for users under 14 years of age. If you are a minor, please use the Service under the supervision of a guardian and do not submit personal information without their consent. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
