Welcome to ShanJian (闪建.网) (the "Service"), operated by Beijing ShanJian Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

01The Service

ShanJian is an AI-powered website generation tool. Users complete a brief questionnaire and upload optional materials, and our AI instantly generates a complete website with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript source code. You may download the source code to use independently or purchase our optional one-stop deployment service to publish the site to a dedicated subdomain.

The Service currently supports display-type websites including: personal homepages, portfolios, small businesses, restaurant menus, freelancer pages, and small-enterprise showcase sites. The Service does not support e-commerce transactions, content management systems, or other complex backend-driven websites.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under the supervision of a legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate information when using the Service and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

03Prohibited Use

You may not use ShanJian to generate websites containing any of the following:

Fraud, false advertising, pyramid schemes, or other unlawful commercial activity
Content that infringes the intellectual property, likeness, reputation, or other lawful rights of third parties
Pornographic, violent, terrorism-related, gambling-related, or drug-related content
Content that endangers national security, social stability, or ethnic unity
Content that spreads rumors or disrupts public order
Any content that violates the laws of the People's Republic of China or applicable local law

If we detect any violation of the above, we reserve the right to terminate your service immediately, delete the website in question, and pursue legal remedies. You bear sole legal responsibility for all content you generate.

04Payment & Refunds

The Service uses a one-time payment model. The base generation service is priced at ¥49 (Chinese Yuan); deployment services are priced separately at checkout. All payments are processed via WeChat Pay or Stripe — we never store your bank or credit card details.

7-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund

Within 7 days of payment, if you are dissatisfied with the generated result, you may request a full refund by email. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Once a refund is processed, the generated source code becomes void and any deployed subdomain site will be taken offline.

Refund Limitations

We will not process refund requests if you have already downloaded the source code for commercial use, or if a deployed website has been live for more than 7 days.

05Intellectual Property

The website content you generate (HTML, CSS, JavaScript source code, and any materials you upload) is owned by you. You may use, modify, and redistribute it freely, with no additional fees and no attribution required.
The ShanJian brand name, logo, website interface design, underlying algorithms, and prompt engineering are our intellectual property and may not be copied, imitated, or used commercially without written permission.
You confirm that you hold valid rights to any images, text, or other materials you upload. You bear sole responsibility for any third-party claims arising from such materials.

06Service Availability

We work to provide a stable and reliable service, but the Service may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, network issues, or force majeure. We are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from such interruptions.

07Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any losses arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you have actually paid us.

08Service Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time. Material changes will be announced on the website or by email in advance. If you violate these Terms, we may terminate your service immediately without prior notice.

09Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the website. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved by good-faith negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring the dispute before a court of competent jurisdiction at the registered location of Beijing ShanJian Technology Co., Ltd.
